Ayo Thomas

Founder and Chief Creative Officer

Galore Creative Staffing (GCS) believes that successful organizations are those that recognize the importance of imagination and the audacity to go with it. Founder and Chief Creative Officer, Ayo Thomas knows this firsthand.

As the Chief Visionary behind Women Own Excellence Magazine. Ayo used her creative gifts in content creation and media to produce the digital go-to guide for women seeking to soar in their personal and professional lives. In a short amount of time, WOE has become a trusted publication for its everyday readers and influencers who grace the cover. Such dedication has allowed Ayo to be featured on Huffington Post, Fox 45 Baltimore, Good Day Washington, Bravo TV Online, Afro News Paper, Fashion Bomb Daily, Google D.C. and other major media outlets.

From there, Ayo’s intuition led her to merge the HR and creative proficiency she acquired over the years, forming GCS.

With over a decade of Human Capital experience, Ayo served as an HR Consultant for small and medium-sized businesses in both private and public sectors. Throughout her successful career, Ayo provided employers such as Johns Hopkins Hospital, DC Government, and MGM National Harbor expert advice and counsel in the areas of Employee and Labor Relations, Organizational Development, Talent Management, and other core HR functional areas. Ayo holds several HR training certifications and is a proud graduate of Cornell University Women’s Entrepreneurship Program.
